I have a Dell AIO Printer A920. Yesterday I realized that I can't do
any print jobs on it. The first dialog box what I had as I remember
was saying that: the printer can not be found. Then after a while
another box came on saying: there is no driver installed. Then I did
some initial fixing procedures like: disconnecting and connecting
power cable, USB cable, restarting my computer.
It did not help. I did uninstallation and reinstallation printer'
software in right way. Still did not work out. In some moment during
reinstallation a box came on saying: Setup has determinated that the
spooler service is stopped. In order to continue installation you must
click on YES button to enable the spooler. And I follow this, I click
on YES button and from then nothing happened.
However, there's a printer's icon appears in the system tray. When I
do double click on it - nothing comes on the screen. When I do right
click and move to on the context menu to "view Dell AIO Printer A920
user's guide" the box comes on saying: Can not open file
C:/WINDOWS/System32/spool/DRIVERS?/W32 X 86?3/dlbkuser.chm.
When I click on Dell AIO Printer A920 All In One Center in the context
menu, the box appears that says: Dell AIO Printer Driver is not
installed. Please reinstall your printer driver. I click on OK button
in that box and ALL IN ONE CENTER window comes on anyway. But I can't
do anything else except of scanning in there. Scanner works !
When I unplug, then plug USB cable in - the balloon showes up: Found
New Hardware and Found New Hardware Wizard box showes up that says:
Can not install this hardware. There was a problem installing this
hardware: Dell A920. An error occurred during an installation of this
device. The RPC server is unavailable.
I don't think, that I did something before, what may cause this problem now.

         Any clues ?

P.S.: I have a Pavilion Notebook zv5000
