Question ID: 754964
I want to find personal online tutors who can tutor me on simple to
very advanced maths, finance and accounting concepts. I would prefer
individuals (graduates with the relevant degrees) offering their
services over the internet rather than tutoring companies although I'm
prepared to look at either. I imagined there must be services offered
by individuals in india, china etc. Please can you give me a list of
sites where these individuals/companies advertise their services and
any other relevant info. Thanks.

Hi!

I can only find about 4 services that are very apt for your needs.
Would this be enough for you?

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your response, but I was expecting a few more. If it's
a case of there being no other materially relevant services out there
(rather than you not aware of them) then I would be happy. By the way
I did find Kasamba.com which seems to be a perfect site for this (I
haven't explored whether I could organize lessons as opposed to
experts answering questions though I'm sure it could be done). I
realise the fact that I'm not looking for "homework" tutor for school
work will limit the number of relevant services.

Hi!

Kasamba isn't a tutoring site but more of an ask a question site
similar to Google Answers. Some tutorial sites dreally help you on
your homework but these I found focus on your specific needs as well.
I looked and looked but only these 4 four are right on target for your
stated requirements.

Please take a look at the four I found. I think these are apt to your needs.

Thanks, tutornation and dctech seem the most relevant. Anysubject
seems to restrict access to info about tutors and brainmass is much
like kasamba. If you could find another site like the first two I
would really appreciate it (it seems unbelievale that there are only
two services like this). If you try but can't then I'm happy for you
to post this as the final answer.
Thanks.
