Hello kent1-ga, There is software built into WebEx that allows any participant to record the session. This functionality is enabled by default, and is only unavailable if it is explicitly turned off by the company running the session. Detailed information on how to use the WebEx Recorder is available here: http://support.webex.com/SelfServiceWeb/SelfServicePortal.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=ViewArticle¤tIndex=1&articleID=3f12927a-dfde-11d7-bfbe-0003ba2f9166&returnTo=kbResults I phoned the Customer Care hotline to ask if the feature is turned on automatically. They said that in most cases it was. They might be able to tell you whether or not this feature is set up for the company you are going to be involved with. You can find Toll-Free contact information here: http://support.webex.com/support/phone-numbers.html Please let me know if you require any clarification regarding this answer and I will do my best to further assist you. tisme-ga Search Strategy: -searched knowledge base of support.webex.com -phoned csr hotline | |
