At work I had the most recent version of MS-Office, and was able to
see a folder that contained all items in other folders that were
marked for follow-up. At home I have Outlook 2002. How can I
expose the same kind of folder in 2002. If the feature does not exist
in Outlook 2002, then how can I achieve the same effect (performing a
search in all folders is not the same thing). Thanks

Hi vodguy,

Please let me know if this answers your question:

"To flag a message in Outlook 2000/2002, click the Folder banner or
select View > Folder List to open the Folder List. Open the folder in
which the message you want to flag is stored (most likely your Inbox).

Right-click the message you want to flag and select Follow Up (Outlook
2002) or Flag for Follow Up (Outlook 2000) from the shortcut menu.

In the Flag For Follow Up dialog box, specify the reason for which you
are flagging the message by clicking the "Flag to" list arrow and
selecting a description from the list.

To add a reminder date (the date on which Outlook will remind you to
follow up on the message), click the "Due by" list arrow and select
the date of your choice from the calendar.

To view all of your flagged items, select View > Current View > By
Follow-up Flag from the menu. Or, click the Sort By: Flag Status
button to sort all items by flag."

Clarifying - based on the request for clarification. The tips below
are not quite what I am looking for, as they only work on messages
flagged for followup in the same/current folder.

What I want to do is have another folder (or view) where I can see all
messages in all folders that are flagged for followup, in one list or
folder. The later versions of outlook have a folder that show me all
the follow-up messages.

The later version of outlook I have at work has this folder. My
outlook 2002 at home does not have it - but I am hoping this is
something I can enable or set-up without too much trouble.

Hope the clarification helps.

Thanks.

PS - I'll up the bounty with a tip for the solution ... seems
warranted for the trouble.
