I want to create a News website. I am therefore looking for a
web-software or internet application that will allow me to:

1. Subcribe news feeds from different news website manually, for
example NY Times, Wall Street.....
2. From the list of all news collected in step (1), I should be able
to select certain news items which I find interesting and delete
others
3. Publish the news items which I like in step (2) as feeds to my news
website and which can also be subscribed by others.

Please recommend software which you have used and which can be
configured online without having to install anything locally, and be
ads-free and professonial.
