I need the full source information for the following Darwinian quote: 

"It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most
intelligent, but the one most responsive to change"

Although this quote is commonly attributed to Charles Darwin, I've
found no evidence that Darwin was actually its source. For every
genuine quote attributed to famous persons, there are often ten
spurious ones.

Thanks for that.  I suspected as much.  I do wish someone would start
a researched and authenticated quote website including full source
information.
