How do I get ESPNU for my TV?

You cannot add ESPNU to your channel lineup.  Your television content
provider (ie. cable company) has to add it to their programming.  The
only thing you can do is to call the cable company multiple times a
day (and have your friends do it too) so that there is a perceived
demand for that channel.  After that, you can only hope that they will
add the channel.
