I am a resident homeowner who pays annual assessments to a non-profit
corporation which owns the recreation facilities of my "city". I
requested and received tax returns from this corporation for the years
2003, 2004 and 2005. These returns do not list compensation received
by 3 senior managers. As I interpret IRS rules, these figures are a
mandatory part of the return.

Can you tell me what steps I must take to get this information? Should
I visit with an IRS agent?

Also, I have requested and have been denied a breakdown of attorney
fees which are in excess of $150,000. The "Board" insists that this
data is "privileged information" not available to homeowners or anyone
else.

Can you tell me if they have the right to deny me this information?
