There have been a number of attempts to develop categorisations that
link Human Resource Management with organisational strategy. Many of
these have been developed from the notions of ?best practice?, ?best
fit?, and more recently the ?resource-based view?. Discuss the value
of each of these three perspectives for understanding the links
between HRM and organisational strategy.
