Question ID: 756356
I have a Flash8 application that uses an external xml file to drive a
Flash Video Player (a listbox component tied to a video playback component)

My problem is the ListBox--instead of a list like:
About Us
Financial
Portfolio
Contact Us

Composed of items each using a single line of text (with a max width
based on the box size I would like to use multiline-sentences and have
the extra text beyond the Listbox width "wrap"

I would also like to modify the component skin (#666666) and
appropriately format the xml document. Further, the component must
have a "selected" state is a line above the text selected and a line
below--that remains selected during video playback not just on
rollover.

I have the code and a working model that use a list box and xml file
which I would or could make available to you for modification if
necessary.

Thanks

The example Macromedia Flash 8 ListBox component--displays a "single
line" of description for each item (video) in the list ---and try as I
might I've been unable to modify the XML document to force the listBox
to display multiple lines of description copy for each topic (video)

I can get the "sinle line of text to expand to whatever the width of
the listBox ---but, I need to display multiple lines of
description-per list choice (video) and have the extra text beyond the
Listbox width "wrap"
