The question is about Employment Based green card processing (USA). My
I140 is approved and my priority date is not expected to become
current in at least another 6 months time. I have already changed two
jobs (W2)using AC21 portability. Now I have a nice consulting
opportunity. How safe it is to work on 1099 on EAD? Are there
some people who used "self employment" as basis for I485 adjudication?
