I am looking to set up a company that involves text messaging people
information they request.   My question is how do companies like
Jamster.com automatically bill your cell phone bills and then later
collect that money?

Basically, I want to set it up so that when people sign up for my
service on our website that there cell phone bills automatically get
charged a certain amount, but I dont know how this is done or how you
collect?
