Question ID: 756519
I need help finding a good *Canadian* webhost (ownership and servers
in Canada, not in the US) that can run the latest version of
WordPress. I plan to
use it for multiple WordPress blogs on multiple domains. I don't need
e-mail services. I need a host/plan that can handle at least 10
gigs/month of traffic. I am looking for a host that has a good
reputation for customer service, especially for customers who are not
very tech-savvy.

I'd like suggestions of at least three hosting companies to choose
from, with links to summaries of the plan(s) they offer that meet my
needs, costs, and if they have any rules/restrictions regarding
content.

*Not* Amray Hosting.

Hi jacqueline1776,

Hm, give me a chance to do a bit of preliminary research first to make
sure I'll be able to help you before you post a question for me (it's
easy, just put "For hummer-ga" in the subject line). I'll let you
know one way or the other - sit tight.

Regards,
hummer

Hey hummer I've since done a little more market and legal research
today and realized that it's probably a better idea in the long run
for me to host in the UK instead (I have links to online gambling
sites and I want to host my where this is expressly legal -- I thought
it was in Canada but it turns out the legality is in question).

Is there a way on Google Answers for me to submit a research question
directly to just you? I was really happy with the job you did
researching Canadian web hosts and would like to pay you the same
amount to do it again for UK web hosts. Please advise, thanks.
