the next year and I would like to secure a number of contracts in
order to help kickstart my businesses. Can anyone provide me with 5
(for each) or more online locations where I can secure contracts which
would be specifically related to each of my businesses or detailed
information on how I would go about securing relevant tenders etc?
My businesses are the following;

8. Picture Framing Ireland - Provides Online/Offline Picture Framing Services

I don't quite understand what you're asking for.  Can you clarify what
sort of contracts you're seeking?

Do you want contractors who can, e.g., help design your websites?  

Or are you seeking actual customers for your businesses?  

And is the latter, please elaborate on what help you are asking from
us here at Google Answers.  What sort of sites are you looking for?

I am specifically seeking paying customer contracts i.e. actual
customers for my businesses in a similar way that freelancers bid on
posted projects on elance.com, for example, I would be interested in
finding similar online resources relevant to my businesses, if such
services exist.
So essentially, I would like Google researchers to provide so relevant
sites if they exist or details on where best to source contracts from
customers online that would help kickstart my businesses.
