I failed to make some payments on a car "title loan" w/ Wells Fargo
and @ one year ago the loan was written off, as reflected in my credit
report. I am left with a car with no title. Were they supposed to take
the car too, is it standard procedure to leave the car in my
posession. Am I able to sell it somehow, donate it, junk yard it. Now
that my finances are stable, I don't even have the option of repaying
Wells Fargo to get the title back. I've tried and they say it's too
late, already been written off. Although I still maintain the
registration on the vehicle, I no longer drive it. I've moved on and
have a new 2005 car that I'm driving. How do I rid myself of this
written off vehicle. Apparently even donating the vehicle requires a
title. Help me please.
