Google Answers researchers are generally very eager to tackle
questions priced at $200. However, when the question sits unattended
for almost two weeks, it's a good sign that the question can't be
answered -- at least not with any reasonable amount of effort.

Most companies don't make directories of their staff available, and
even when they do, it is generally not clear who on the staff falls
into the particular categories you asked about.

I suggest you try to find such a list for one of the banks of interest
to you, to get a better understanding of the obstacles involved.

You may wish to re-think how we can best assist you, and re-phrase your
question(s) accordingly.

All the best,

pafalafa-ga

Hello cwrecruiter911-ga,

I guess by your user name that you are a recruiter and are trying to
source candidates to place in financial institutions. It might help us
to understand your situation if you explain what you're trying to
accomplish; what you've tried; what has worked and hasn't. We could
try to come up with suggestions if we had a better understanding of
the context of your question. The more you can tell us, the greater
the likelihood that we can figure out a way to get you what you need.

I look forward to your clarification.

cwrecruiter911-ga,

Thanks for clarifying what you're looking for.

I know of an unusual service for business contacts that includes more
than 2,000 listings for Wells Fargo employees (as an example),
including about 35 jobs labelled "analyst" of one sort or another:

Analyst positions at Wells Fargo:

Analyst West Des Moines	IA
Analyst San Francisco	CA
Analyst San Francisco	CA
Analyst San Francisco	CA
Analyst Milwaukee	WI
Analyst Chicago	IL
Analyst San Francisco	CA
Analyst San Francisco	CA
Analyst Seattle	WA
Analyst, tech San Francisco	CA
Analyst, tech Minneapolis	MN
Business Analyst	San Francisco	CA
Business Analyst	St Louis Park	MN
Business Analyst	Phoenix	AZ
Business Analyst	San Francisco	CA
Business Analyst	Minneapolis	MN
Construction Disbursement Analyst	San Francisco	CA
Equity Analyst San Francisco	CA
Equity Analyst Portland	OR
Equity Analyst San Francisco	CA
Equity Analyst Portland	OR
Equity Analyst Portland	OR
Etl Analyst San Francisco	CA
Industry Analyst	San Francisco	CA
Market Opportunities Analyst	Des Moines	IA
Project Analyst Des Moines	IA
Receiving Analyst	San Francisco	CA
Senior Analyst Des Moines	IA
Senior Analyst M	San Francisco	CA
Senior Data Syst Analyst	San Francisco	CA
Statistical Analyst	Des Moines	IA
Vice President Business Analyst	San Francisco	CA

In other words, there are 5 people in the database who work at Wells
Fargo with the title "Business Analyst", 1 person who is a Statistical
Analyst, and so on.

The unusual part of the service is how you go about getting the actual
name and contact information for these people. You can either buy
them (not too unusual), OR you can make a trade -- you get listings
out of the system by putting new listings in.

It's a barter system -- the more names you enter into the system, the
more you can pull out.

Just for comparison, I also checked the listings for Capital One.
They have more than 600 employees listed, including 15 analysts:

Analyst Richmond	VA
Business Analyst	Glen Allen	VA
Business Analyst	San Diego	CA
Business Analyst	Glen Allen	VA
Business Requirements Analyst	Glen Allen	VA
CM Analyst Team Lead	McLean	VA
Data Analyst McLean	VA
Data Analyst Plano	TX
Lead Analyst Glen Allen	VA
Metric Analyst Mclean	VA
Programmer Analyst	Vienna	VA
Senior Business Analyst	McLean	VA
Senior Business Analyst	Boston	MA
Senior Business Analyst	Glen Allen	VA
Senior Business Analyst	Glen Allen	VA

If this looks useful, I'd be glad to post the information for using
this system as an answer to your question. Be aware, though, that in
addition to any fees paid here at Google Answers, there might be
additional fees for using the database, if you choose the cash rather
than the barter option.

Let me know what you think,

Do you mean analysts that are covering the companies or do you mean
because there can be multiple anaylysts covering these companies.
Could you clarify "data analyst" and "business analyst".

I'm looking for the Analyst that are working in these companies. Are
you asking the difference in Data Analyst and Business Analyst?

Can you please tell me when I can expect an answer? Thank you.

This is an immense project, so I am not surprised that it has not
received an answer. You might do better if you posted a separate
question for each of the companies.

I understand it's big project. Are you telling me that I'm not going
to get an answer? I re-posted the amount from 150.00 to 200.00. All I
would like is a ETA on this. Thank you.

How would you suggest the best way to get some of this question
answered? Do I need to shorten it? Any help you can provide would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.

That's a good question. I'm recruiting for Data Analyst and Business
Analyst. These positions can be located in either Westlake Village CA.
or Plano TX. I asked this question in the hopes I could acquire names
of people in that role. As a recruiter I've tried just about
everything, with good results. I wanted to use this as another tool to
discover talent. Any thoughts or ideas you can provide would be
greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay. I'll get in touch with that site to see what I
can find. Thank you for the information. Have a great rest of the week

Can you tell me if I've been charged for this? It looks like I have
been, however I didn't receive the answer to my question. Please
advise.

cwrecruiter911-ga,

Thanks for following up on this.

I posted the information about jigsaw.com as an answer to your
question, meaning that, Yes, your account has been charged the fee you
offered.

However, no answer is complete until the customer is fully satisified,
so if there is anything more I can do for you, please let me know. If
you feel the answer if unsatisfactory, let me know that as well, as I
can ask the editors to have it removed.

But please do take a look at the jigsaw.com site first. This is such
a useful resource for contacts information, that I believe you will
find it exceptionally useful in your recruiting efforts. Your note of
August 31 indicated you were looking for new tools to use. I think
Jigsaw is one of the best available.

Again, let me know your thoughts on all this, and what you think the
next step should be.

Cheers,

pafalafa-ga

You referred me to another website, and never answered the question
that I asked. I am not satisfied with this as an "Answer" and want the
200.00 refunded back to my card. Please advise!!

No problem...sorry that didn't work out for you. I'll notify the
editors to remove my answer. It will probably take them a day or so,
but once it's gone, your account will be refunded.
