We are trying to source a cover cap for bored holes in sheet metal. 
They are needed for .400" bored hole but we think a 10 m.m. hole may
function for us.  We are looking for a manufacturer, preferably in
Germany, elsewhere in Europe or USA.  A drawing of the part can be

The overall dimensions of this component are important.  Material
should be polyropylene, nylon or similar plastic.  Black in color.  Looking for
quantities of 20,000 with price below US$.02 each.   Thank you.
