I am planning to run a major remodeling construction project in San
Fernando Valley, CA with "owner-pulled" permits. The expected cost of
the project - $500,000; it may take about 6 months to complete. At
this point, hiring a General Contractor is not an option.

The qualified comprehensive answer will include: recommendations on
insurance protection for this specific project (fire insurance,
construction risk insurance, workers comp, liability and anything else
that may be required); contact information (web site, phone numbers)
for 15-20 reputable insurance carriers providing this coverage in
So.CA. Additional bonus will be offered for insurance quotes from
these companies.

Example:
Baccarella Insurance Services, Inc.
6864 Indiana Ave, STE 201
Riverside, CA, 92509
