We are looking for strategic partners for our health portal. We would
like to know: 1)The parameters on which a health portal is valued
2) The weightage of each parameter in 1) above
3) The possible valuation our health portal could get and its justification
4) What additions would enhance the value of the portal

A request for researchers: I think Google answers is a fantastic
service and have been generally happy with the quality of answers.
Unfortunately I was not happy with the last answer because it did not
address my specific query.
