I'm planning on moving to Australia for school and am having trouble finding a shipping company that I can use to ship my personal effects as well as some larger items from my home to Australia. I am looking for a shipping company that can get it there as cheaply as possible (ie: by ship, not plane). Shipping time doesnt bother me. I am looking to ship: -2x Printer -2x LCD monitor -1x Computer case (Full tower) -Misc Clothing + other What would be the best way to get my items to Sydney (NSW, Australia) from my home in Ontario, Canada? (I have estimated the items above to fit into a box with the following dimensions: 1m x 1m x 1m) | |

I'm looking for something more local (ie: A North American moving company that ships to Australia. All of those are more appropriate for moving between locations within Australia or from Australia to another country, but thank you, they will be useful when I begin moving around (I'm there for 5 years, 2 years in Sydney, 2 Years in Melbourne, and 1 year in Adelaide. |
