I am looking for some scholarly or analytical articles on the
relationship between city zoning commissions that allow police to
participate in the zoning process beyond enforcement and the effect
that has on crime.

If there are no articles that show a direct corrolation between
participation in zoning and reduction in crime, I will be satisfied
with descriptions of programs that have police representatives working
on or closely with municipal zoning commissions.

If a researcher is able to present a program and a corrolation between
that and the effect on crime, I will double the fee via tip.
