How do I transfer all my songs (ripped mp3) from my old Windows XP
laptop to a new one and still keep my iTunes music Ratings and Play
Counts? 

Both PCs only have one register XP user (name is USER on oldPC
and Mahme on ne one). The m3s are all in the My Music folder.
(/user/my documents/my music)
