My backstory is described below: But frist the questions:

1. Does craigslist.com actually have any numbers regular people can call and
talk to about adds posted, and if so what is that number?

2. I want to contact craigslist via email as well, if possible, can the
researcher find out if there is a craigslist email address I can use
to send my queries too relating to craigslist policies?

What is the mailing address of craigslist.com or there office
location. (I know its in San Fransisco somewhere)
Bonus:

I want information about the privacy rights of craigslist posters to
know if this scenario (described as best I can below) could have taken
place with an actual craigslist employee.

Any other information the researcher thinks is valid to this situation
would be helpful.

Some Short Back Story
 A friend of mine is under the impression that I posted a
craigslist.com advertisement about her resulting in some unwanted
phone calls to her phone. She claims that she found out about the ad
not by viewing it; but rather she was told about the add by one of the
people that contacted her, and then that person gave her a number she
could call to talk to craigslist. Then she supposedly called this
number and talked to a craigslist employee and that then the
craigslist employee told her over the phone  the email address
(supposedly mine) that was used by the poster and then he canceled the
add on the spot.  I have never placed an add on craigslist about her.
Clearly I was set up or she is just lying for whatever reason. But now
I am trying to determine the validity of her claims about what
happened. Thank you very much I will try my best to clarify if it is needed.
