I am looking for a platform/script/web app/method for my employees to
share files, mostly powerpoint presentations that ranges 5-100mb.

My constrains/requirements are:

1) php.ini are not within my reach, and have an upload limit of 2mb.
2) FTP accounts are inflexible, cannot set different permission for
different accounts.
3) Server running on linux, apache, with php and mySQL.
4) Most users of this service are fairly computer _illiterate_, some
just got their first laptop/computer 2-3 weeks ago.

Links to website that might help will be enugh, as I can read them
myself, of course, if you have anything to add, the better.

If there are not software available, suggestions of combinations of
different methods together to reach a solution is also acceptable.

also, I forgot to mention that I need the said application to support
Chinese (traditional better) as well.
