I am looking for references to books and magazines and (in particular)
articles on the Internet on roasting and chemistry of coffee beans. 
It is for a contact in Latin Am and his English is very modest so most
of the references have to be
in Spanish.   A handful might do.  
My own Spanish is modest so I can read most of what you may find - but
not quite good enough to make my own search.
