Dear John Smith,

Yes there are. This depends on your credit card provider and the
issuing bank (if the bank has issued the card, and not an independent
company).

On the bank's website, or on the non-bank issuer website, you can find
the outstanding fees and the amount you've got in your cerdit account.
All you have to do is provide them with the account number and with
the PIN.

See, for example, Elancard

I hope this answers your question. Please contact me if you need any
clarification on this answer before you rate it.

Dear John,

Exactly the same place. However, as Nelson had said, you can also
check directly (not through the Internet) with your card issuer.

Dude, you don't even mention who your card issuer (i.e., bank) is.
Their number will be on your card or statement. Call them. They can
tell you your balance and also the web site to go to.

(By the way, given your grasp of the English language, are you really "John Smith"?)
