Can a banana be juiced or can it only be blended and if it can be
juiced does it take out any nutrients that would stay in if blended?

Until recently, bananas could not be juiced-- all you got was a gloppy
mess. A company developed a proprietary method of extracting juice
from bananas a couple of years ago. I leave it to a Researcher to
properly answer your question.
