It does *not* look like a legitimate business to me. I highly doubt
that a reputable venture capital firm would have adsense
advertisements on the page, leading to their competitor firms.

This business is NOT located in the United States. The domain is
registered to an owner in Malaysia.

The reason the website is not reputable/legitimate is because they
"pretend" to be a venture capitalist funding firm but:

1) They have absolutely no testimonials or any track record of any sort
2) They use the words venture capitalists to trigger the proper
Adsense advertisements to earn them a lot of money (For example:
Someone searching for "venture capitalist" on Google might find their
site, thinking they are a venture capitalist. Instead, they will then
click on an advertisement on the website earning them probably around
a dollar for every click on the "Ads by Google" section. This probably
happens hundreds of times per day.
3) The website is unprofessional and is lacking direct contact
information, something a real venture capitalist would have. What
would probably happen if you contacted them is they would send you a
link to another venture capitalist that, when clicked, earns them
money (IE: Google ads). They might also completely ignore you, or
possibly even attempt to scam you.
4) The site goes against the spirit of what Adsense advertisements are
supposed to be, while this site seems designed to get certain ads (and
their high value listed), Adsense is for publishers with high quality
content who want to earn money from that content.

My previous comment was made before I saw yours to me on the other question.
Since I have ad-blocking software, I did not see the advertisements
that Tisme-ga mentions, but as pointed out, these are just ads  - and
possibly MBC's reason for being able to say that they have contact to
those names - whoever they are.
That does not change the fact that MBC only sells its own products,
besides earning from clicks to those ads.

And since you mention it, I am not negative towards you, personally,
but towards what you keep trying to want to believe that these types
of websites can actually provide.  Every posting that you have seen
here  - not just mine -  indicates that they will not provide a loan
with the conditions you mention.  Denco-ga is very polite about doing
so, repeating to you what the websites themselves say, since he cannot
support from other internet sites information that proves that they
cannot.  "Can" is the tricky word; a lender CAN make that sort of
loan, but - as I expect you have discovered -  it is extremely
unlikely that one will.
You gain nothing by finding some apparent fault in what I have said. 
The only thing that counts is if you can get a loan.

The business name 1-Stop Venture Capital certainly gives the
impression that they are a venture capital firm. They have "fake
content" designed to trigger specific advertisements. Their use of
Adsense clearly demonstrates that they are breaking the terms of use.
Give them a few days and they will probably be removed from the
Adsense program. Not the type of business anyone should be involved
with if it means paying them.

They show absolutely no credentials. Sure they could have a service
where they sell advice on venture capital, but so could anyone. In my
opinion, they are a fake company with a fake product and have already
shown that they don't mind breaking rules.

you'll find the following offer:

whereas yesterday (according to the cached version as stored on my
computer) the wording was:

Apparently, this is not a genuine offer valid only for a few days. I
have the impression that this offer is prolonged on a day-to-day
basis.

If you believe everything that this and similar websites say, I really
don't understand why you post questions asking for someone to tell you
"that xyz.com   can provide ..."   If you don't want to believe our
advice, why ask?
Order the books for $100 each and discover what they have to offer.

I do believe that the one book will have names, addresses and contacts
for 200 potential lenders, but such information says nothing about
whether those lenders will be able or want to provide a loan on the
terms you ask about.
Remember, these people are selling books, they don't care if you get a loan.
