Requesting any information regarding a circa 1966 Peter Bianchi
painting of a "reclining nude ballerina in red ballet shoe, tutu in
background, stong colors and basically rode red"? Signed Peter
Bianchi (National Geographic Artist). The model was my mother. It was
appraised by Laurence Gichner in 1982. Dimnesions 14" x 26".

Can you give us an idea of what kind of information you seek? It
sounds as if you know quite a bit about the painting already. What
would you like us to research?

Family owns said painting. I'd like to know if there were any prints
made. Any approximate value estimation other than comparison to the
works currently obtainable through an easy google search (which I've
done). I am familiar with the artist, etc. I'm looking for specific
information regarding this particular work and/or examples of
Bianchi's other nude studies in the late 1960's, etc.
