I need to find the names of companies or dockworkers/longshoremen who
have experience and knowledge of the proper procedures to extract bulk
(powder) cement from the hulls of transport ships.  The ideal
companies would be in the UK, but anywhere is acceptable.

A dockworker society, cement storage society, or similar website with
company names and contact information will suffice.

Contact information (especially an email address) for these companies is integral.
