I was prescribed Cialis by my doctor for mild ED. The brocure states
that it is effective only for one use in 24 hours. What does "use"
mean? If I take the Cialis at 8:00 p.m., go to sleep, wake up with an
erection, and then later at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon want to have
sex, will the Cialis still work, or will the fact that I had an
erection at night void the effectiveness of the Cialis?

Cialis creates a change in the body wherein you can perform the same
in 2 hours as you can in 24-36 hours. The frequency makes no
difference, you're not going to "use it up" if you have sex.. There
have been no studies for multiple attempts per dose, but I have seen
firsthand the remarkable results that last for the entire length of
the dose life.
