I need help with a question from a contest that I am in.  I've seen
several searches on this particular question and have done a lot of
brainstorming myself but I just can't pin-point the answer.
Here it is:
It is said that in this establishment a handshake and 25,000 bucks
turned a group of wild "horses" loose on a field.

There are supposed to be clues within the clue.  Please help.

Thank you for your response.  The link you provided was not working
properly so I went onto the main page for the Brown Palace Hotel and
clicked on the fun facts link but could not find this info there. 
Also, I tried several other searches to verify this information but
could not find anything.  Are there any other possibilities out there.
