I wish to start a website that allows people to post questions on a
very specific topic. The questions would then be answered by a group
of experts at which point the poster would be charged.(Yes just like
google answers). Where can I purchase software that is very similar to
google answers and will allow me to do this?

He was the founder of KnowPost.com, now defunct, it was a Q&A site
with more social interactive capabilities that Google Answers. He
designed the program and was instrumental in the finished product. I
have no idea if it's for sale, but if it is, I'm sure it can be
customized to your needs. Additionally, Clay can possibly direct you
to what you need.
