Dear jachimowitz,
With all due respect: You are asking a bit too much. A such list would
have to be created manually. For each single zip code, all
restaurants' addresses must be searched individually using the
restaurant locators on the companies' websites. It would take many,
many hours to do that (not to mention the fact that it would be
impossible to retrieve company names for all franchises).
In return, the Researcher doing that immense amount of work would get
$18.75 (75% of the $25.00). I assume that you see the problem.
Therefore, you might want to consider splitting your question into
several smaller parts and/or to adjust the amount you offer.
Best regards,

Sorry if there was a misunderstanding regarding the company names. I
do not need the actual company name of the owning entity. all I needed
was if it is a Mcdonalds or Burger king so I can do an analysis of
where they do and dont overlap.
Thanks for your input

jachimowitz-ga,
I have spreadsheet files of the Burger Kings (73 of them) and the
McDonald's (about 250) in NYC.
However, they are not quite in the column format you asked for. In
particular, the 'house number' and street are in a single column, in
conventional address format.
A typical listing looks like this:
Burger King 1772 Rockaway Pkwy Brooklyn NY 11236
but many are in a less standard address format, such as:
McDonald's BRITISH AIR TERMINAL-JFK AIRPORT JAMAICA NY 11430
I'm assuming that those two files would meet your needs, but I just
wanted to offer an opportunity for you to comment before I post them
as an answer.
Let me know if you see any problems with that format.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm not familiar with Streets and Trips, so I
can't give a definite answer, but I'd be surprised if it couldn't
accept the format I described, since it's such a standard way of doing
addresses. Perhaps you can check this more at your end.
No matter how the software likes things, though, you'll certainly have
to live with a few non-standard addresses, like those for the airport
locations.
Let me know if I should post my files, with over 300 restaurant
listings, as an answer for you.
