I have been convicted of multiple DUI's in the state of Pennsylvania. Shamefully, 3 in the past seven years. As a result of my last conviction, PEN Dot has classified me as a habitual offender because this is my third major violation in the last 5 years, and suspended my driver?s license for an additional 5 years. I never fully understood the ramification of my actions, but I am indeed paying the consequences. I have followed all the court stipulations to this point (an 18 month driving suspension) and I am successfully working a program. Will there be any state that will issue me a driver?s license thus avoiding this additional 5 year suspension and what state(s)? | |

Would YOU give a fourth chance to someone who was a danger to you and your family? |
