I'm on a diet and have lost 25 pounds. My end goal is 125 pounds. I
am 5'4" tall. I need a picture of a female that is 5'4" and 125
pounds so that I know what the end goal might look like. Can you find
one for me?

Hello Mbb1950,

Congratulation on your weight loss. As one who struggles with
weight, I know you have worked hard to lose those pounds!

Here are several photos for you. Don?t forget body type plays a
part in what you will look like after your weight loss. As you can
see, not all women of the same height and weight appear to be the same
size! I also think it?s rather hard to tell by pictures of others how
you may look, but perhaps these photos can give you an idea!

5?4?, 125 pounds. Click on photo to see others.

You also have to take into consideration how big the fat/muscle ratio
is, in order to compare the look. A person who has lost a lot of fat,
often forget that you also loose muscle size while cutting, if you
dont work on you strength as well.
