Hi nuge, and thanks for the question.

This page seems to contain the information you are after:
"Each teaspoonful (5 mL) of TUSSIONEX Pennkinetic Extended-Release
Suspension contains hydrocodone polistirex equivalent to 10 mg of
hydrocodone bitartrate"
PDR - Tussionex Pennkinetic Extended-Release Suspension(Medeva)

So every teaspoon means 10 mg (0.01g) hydrocodone bitartrate.

There is plenty more information our there on this drug - it is a
derivative of opium, and can be habit forming:
Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen - RxList Monographs

It is also commonly known through the drug Vicodin. This site lists
drugs that contain Hydrodrocone, and provides a lot of relevant
information - worth a look:
Arthritis Insight-Acetaminophen; Hydrocodone Bitartrate

I hope this helps you out, and please feel free to ask for
clarification if you need more information.

search strategy:

"Tussionex Pennkinetic" ingredients

"Tussionex Pennkinetic" ingredients hydrocodone

hydrocodone bitartrate
