Hi nuge, and thanks for the question. This page seems to contain the information you are after: "Each teaspoonful (5 mL) of TUSSIONEX Pennkinetic Extended-Release Suspension contains hydrocodone polistirex equivalent to 10 mg of hydrocodone bitartrate" PDR - Tussionex Pennkinetic Extended-Release Suspension(Medeva) http://www.healthandage.com/html/res/pdr/html/50602000.htm So every teaspoon means 10 mg (0.01g) hydrocodone bitartrate. There is plenty more information our there on this drug - it is a derivative of opium, and can be habit forming: Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen - RxList Monographs http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/hydrocod.htm It is also commonly known through the drug Vicodin. This site lists drugs that contain Hydrodrocone, and provides a lot of relevant information - worth a look: Arthritis Insight-Acetaminophen; Hydrocodone Bitartrate http://arthritisinsight.com/medical/meds/vicodin.html I hope this helps you out, and please feel free to ask for clarification if you need more information. bobby_D-ga search strategy: "Tussionex Pennkinetic" ingredients ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22Tussionex+Pennkinetic%22+ingredients "Tussionex Pennkinetic" ingredients hydrocodone ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22Tussionex+Pennkinetic%22+ingredients+hydrocodone hydrocodone bitartrate ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=hydrocodone+bitartrate |
