I'm sure intel would say so...

To say that one is the "best" fit is impossible.  I've always been
very happy with the Inel motherboards that I have used and managed. 
There is something to be said for using colaborating products from the
same manufacturer.  That said however, if you purchase a motherboard
that is for an intel processor it is going to have an intel chipset it
in anyway.

The performace should, in theory, be equal if the specs are the same. 
I would go with the motherboard that you like the "best" and go with
that, even if it is not an intel.  I don't think you sorry.

yes, but because intel makes CPU, there also should be the best
motherboard from them, right?

Maybe, but not necessarily.

They're all made in China from the same basic components.
