I would like to see where the US stands in relation to other countries
on the metric of millionaires per capita. The answer should contain a
reference to the source material, and a list of the top 10 countries
and their number of millionaires per capita, as well as the data for
the US if it is not in the top 10, and finally the number of
millionaires per capita in Canada if it is not listed in the top 10.

Is billionaires close enough? ;-) Maybe the number of billionaires
is indicitive of the number of millionaires.

Still poking around..

Hi,
I think you are asking too much for a $2 question. Check the FAQs on pricing.
But maybe this helps a bit:

Okay, perhaps $5 is more appealing.

This data came a couple sources... most of what you need is at
The World Wealth Report

CIA World Factbook
https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/

The Wealth Report gives data for 9 select countries and world data...
but not the top 10 that you are looking for (I couldn't find that data
anywhere).
