Need a website that can provide the following information:

I will select any country in the world and enter a postal code of that country.

it will then show me the following results:

a.) any sort of location name (city and/or providence/state)
b.) Long
c.) Lat
d.) Elevation (if possible)
e.) GMT Value (if possible)
f.) Daylight saving time value (if possible)

I have that for the entire USA.

Need it for entire Europe, Asia, and rest of the world if possible.

i found a zip file somewhere online (dont remember where).

this zip file contains all 42,000 US zip codes

zip code, city, state, long, lat, DST, GMT

there are a few websites that have tool do find the info i need,
however, for each country, i need to following a different link and
most of the time those sites dont exist anymore etc.

ideally, need to start on country level and then enter zip code. i
also use Google Earth, which helps alot (one of the best solution out
there so far).

but not really what i am looking for.

I dont mind going through 1-3 sites to find the results as long as
it's consistent job.

I do not know if you have access to any arcgis software.  The full
version of ERDAS's gis software allows you to bring in an infinite
amount of data layers as shape files.  There are tons of shape files
available... many free depending on what your purpose.  I would
contact someone in sales at http://esri.com
