I have a non profit organization and am looking for a online
membership management system. I would like it to to keep track of all
the members, email addresses, phone number and if their membership has
expired or not. Ability to renew membership would be great. Membership
fee is $15 per  year and this system should have a way to keep track
of members payment as well.

When you get there, look out for PORTALS(CMS)in the CMS Demo
Menu.There are plenty of options you can choose.They let you to login
as admin to test their system.

Look at what I found at their site : "OpenSourceHost will even install
the system of your choice for free when you sign up for an account."

I guess that helps.

Also, you can consider this:

They are not FREE, but they charge you $3.6 for every member and an
one time activation fee of $500. I just get a feeling that this is not
what you are looking for, but just in case :-).
