In your opinion or as an experienced user. What is the best or most
commonly used easily upgraded and most cost effective Contact Manager
software available.

I?m currently using Goldmine 5.0 and the standard version of MS
Outlook.. I?ve been looking at ACT! And just became aware of MS
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager.

I?m in B2B sales and will be running contacts for 2 additional small
businesses I have.

I need something that is easy to use and that you don?t have to
continually BUY upgrades just to do something simple. Also I?m using
both a Blackberry 7100I and a Blackberry  7290.  I need something that
will easily synch with these handheld devices.
