Can company do business without employee? 
In this situation can I use tax advantages: Achievement and Awards for
Safety; Health Insurance; Educational Assistance; Seminar expenses;
Moving Expenses; Physical fitness?

I don't understand what you're asking. If a company has no employees,
who would be awarded, insured or offered assistance?

Company have owner, director and officer. Awards for officer and director.
