My mother and Father each created a Living Trust and funded it with
different assets. My mother died and my father is the Trustee, with
me (only child) as the successor trustee and beneficiary. If my dad
got sick and ran up medical bills, nursing home bills, etc. could
creditors/state attack the assets in my Mom's Living Trust?
