Thanks for mentioning me! Your questions are outside my areas of
expertise, I'm afraid. The previous questions that I answered for you
were related to television, which is right up my alley.

Hi Mortagesaver,
Your attitude towards pricing is exempletory, so that is not the problem.
Concerning question 759274, to which Keystroke and then you posted
clarifications, I suspect that the problem is the breakdown of the
e-mail notification system, which has not functioned for many months.
Researchers are eager to continue working on questions in which they
have already invested time, and are obligated to reply to
clarifications, but without e-mail notification, unless they happen to
see it shortly after the client's clarification has been posted, the
question quietly slides down in the stack, out of sight.
A delay in the response to clarifications by clients and Researchers
has become obvious. In the last couple of days, a client came back
after weeks to thank for an answer, having by chance found it, after
having assumed that the question had remained unanswered, since he did
not receive the e-mail notification that the FAQs say will be sent.
I am sure Keystroke would have responded to your clarification - if
he had seen it.
I can only suggest that you write to the editors and givem 'ell.

Good luck, Myoarin

'Tis true; I had not seen your clarification response and thus had set
the question back into the pile of "possible questions to answer that
can't be answered yet" (of which there are many!) Thanks for
responding, though; I'm currently working on a question but when I get
that finished up I'll have a look at your question again.
