I have collected here several top SEO consultants - ones that are
featured in "serious" industry articles or are well known; and that
make "house calls". However, I am not sure that their schedule is free
for you when you need them, or that their fees will meet your
expectations - these two issues have to be sorted out between you.
She is one of the top SEO consultants in the field. Her firm is in
Seattle, but she writes on her website that she does housecalls.

Eric makes house-calls, but mostly in order to train people from your
own firm to do the work. He also does consulting via different tools.
Eric is an expert on linking. Located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Wall does not indicate on his website whether he does house-calls or
not, but he's considered one of the most prolific experts on SEO, and
has written one of the most important books in the subject. Located in

Another prominent SEO consultant is Matt Baily of Site Logic. He does
not publish his consulting fees on the site.
This could be another solution. The president is Michael Murray, but
you might get a lower-ranked consultant. Ohio-based.
