What are the binary markers used by PDF documents to indicate start of
file, end of file, page break, possibly number of pages in the
document and/or document size--basically all the markers needed to
know to programmatically merge PDF files. I am looking specifically
for the binary markers that would allow me to do this myself, rather
than for information about PDF libraries or programs which would allow
me to merge files.
