information about the website address of any funding sources providing
or arranging worldwide unsecured personal or business loans for
start-up businesses of the borrowers according to the following
conditions : 'no collateral,no credit history,no fees and no income'
of minimum  US$ 10,000 or US$ 20,000 or US$ 25,000 or more for
