1.) What is the average number of years that people live in a house
that they own. In other words, how often do people who own their home

2.) What is the average number of years that people live in a house
that they rent. In other words, how often do people who rent their

years.
3.) How often do people transact a mortgage (new home,renewal,
transfer, refinance, equity take out etc.) Every ____ years.
4.) How long, on average, does it take to transact a mortgage
including all meetings and telehpone discussions with a bank, shopping
around for rates, meeting with lawyers or notaries etc.
