My great uncle who is deceased quit claimed his house to my aunt.  My
aunt lost the quite claim deed and never recorded it.  My aunts wants
to quit claim the house to me in exchange for me keeping up the
maintenance on her apartments.  We live in california.  I wants to get
the house in my name so I can refinance and make repairs on the house.
How do I go about getting legal title to this property.
